What You’ll Do

As a Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of air quality for our clients by providing expert duct cleaning services. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing the needs and requirements of residential and commercial HVAC duct systems
  • Utilizing specialized cleaning and inspection equipment
  • Maintaining and performing minor repairs on equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and advice on future maintenance
  • Complying with all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their home service needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
  • Order and replace parts as needed.
  • Adhere to all company core values, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Team First Attitude: You enjoy being part of a high performing team that puts “We” over “Me.”
  • Aptitude: A common sense mindset and ability to learn quickly with a good attitude.
  • Technical Skills: 1-2 years of experience in HVAC or related field preferred
  • Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Certifications: Certification from a technical school or completion of an apprenticeship is a plus.
  • Driving Record: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
