What You’ll Do
As an Appliance Delivery and Installation Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with their new appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver and install home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.
- Ensure all appliances are installed correctly, tested, and fully operational.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process and address any questions or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and installations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on delivery vehicles and equipment.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: Previous experience in appliance delivery and installation is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical connections for appliance installation.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a standout customer experience.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances.

- Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean driving record required.
