What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to deliver exceptional service and maintain comfort in our customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems efficiently and accurately.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance.
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Detailed Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts and services provided.
- Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all.
What You Bring to the Team
- Team First Attitude: You enjoy being part of a high performing team that puts “We” over “Me.”
- Experience: 2+ years as an HVAC technician with expertise in heating and cooling systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a great customer experience.
- Certifications: HVAC certifications preferred; we’ll support you in obtaining them if needed.
- Driver’s License: Valid license and clean driving record required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks in various environments.
