Job Description:
We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who are passionate about delivering quality service and maintenance for our customers' heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal performance of heating and cooling systems.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and clearly explaining repairs and maintenance to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including repairs and parts used.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience as an HVAC technician, with strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
- Technical Skills: Proven troubleshooting and repair skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Certification: HVAC certifications are preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per year
