Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform system start-ups and ensure proper operation.
- Install ductwork and other HVAC components as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their HVAC installation needs.
- Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with company standards and local codes.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations performed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC certification from an accredited technical school or completion of an apprenticeship.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
